Privacy Policy

Bavarian Valley ("we") processes only the information needed to operate the newsletter and invite-only Talent Scout pilot. We do not sell personal data or upload your contacts.

Data collected

For the newsletter, we collect your email address. For the invite-only Talent Scout pilot, we store a pseudonymous browser token, your experience range, up to three selected network areas, role feedback, and referral events such as creating a private link or opening a job posting. We do not ask for names or contact lists in this flow.

Talent Scout pilot

Private invite tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes. IP addresses are converted into keyed rate-limit identifiers and are not stored in Scout event tables. Link-preview bots are excluded where identifiable. A child-link request alone is not treated as recipient engagement.

Retention

Your email is stored until you unsubscribe. Raw Talent Scout invites, pseudonymous sessions, and events are retained for up to 90 days; only aggregate pilot counts remain afterward. To request deletion, contact hello@bavarian-valley.com.

Data processor

Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com) using an EU data region. A Data Processing Agreement is in place.
