Bavarian Valley ("we") collects email addresses for the purpose of sending a monthly deep tech newsletter. We do not sell, share, or use your email for any other purpose.

Data collected

Email address only, collected via the newsletter signup form.

Retention

Your email is stored until you unsubscribe. To request deletion, reply to any newsletter email with "unsubscribe" or contact us at hello@bavarian-valley.com.

Data processor

Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com) using an EU data region. A Data Processing Agreement is in place.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact hello@bavarian-valley.com to exercise these rights.
